As a member you have the right to receive a 25% discount on the lowest rate in relation to the rates announced on www.thereefresorts.com.

To quote your vacation cost you need go to www.thereefresorts.com and in the "reservations" section you must:

• Choose the hotel where you want to stay
• Quote hotel only (no flights)
• Choose the dates you want to travel
• Add the number of people traveling with you and the number of rooms they want to use in said reservation

The system will quote you the public price corresponding to said reservation. You will discount 25% on the total price and that will be the price of your vacation. The published prices vary in a matter of hours or days, so we recommend starting the reservation process immediately after quoting to respect the cost reference and your discount.

You must request the reservation through the LVC review system www.leadingvacationclub.com or writing your request to the email membersservice@thereefresorts.com using the code SPSOCIOS 2020.

Besides, you will have the following extra benefits:

30 minutes ´Leisure Relax´ massage per adult.

• It is a massage per adult per stay
• Minimum stay of 3 nights
• You must make a prior reservation in the member service department
• Valid at any of the Reef Hotels Spas
• It cannot be combined with any other promotion

Kids free

2 children free per room. The age for them to apply the free benefit must be from 4 to 12 years old, infants under 4 years old do not pay either.

Romantic dinner on the beach

• The benefit will be for two adults per room and per stay
• This benefit is valid at either of the two beachfront hotels The Reef Playacar or The Reef Coco Beach
• If you stay at The Reef 28, the charity includes round-trip transportation to the hotel of your choice
• Prior reservation is required with the member service department

You will have a trip to the beautiful archaeological zone of Chitchenitza where you pay one tour and the second is completely free.

• It is required to collect a coupon at the Member Service office

• Reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to your tour

Enhance your room space with one booking

• If you make a reservation for 2 adults and two children in to stay in one room, we will offered a second joining room for your children at no additional cost or if you reserve 3 adults and a minor on one room or 3 adults are traveling in a single room, you will also be offered the second room at no cost
• This benefit must be requested at the time of booking
• This benefit is subject to availability

Coupons for the 25% discount applicable in any of the 3 hotels:

The discount will be applied presenting your partner bracelet

* All the services and experiences of our Reef Marina & Dive Center (snorkel tour, dive tours etc)

• You must schedule this benefit when booking requesting the discount in writing.
• You must provide the exact details of your flight, including airline, date and time of arrival and airport terminal.
• One of our member service agents will call you prior to your arrival to reconfirm the data.

Friends & Family

EThese special reservations will not be take weeks or nights from your personal member´s inventory, they will be reserved with the hotel inventory.
* These reservations can be reserved for any date that your friends and family wish to reserve, they do not necessarily have to reserve at the same time that you come to visit us.

* How to proceed:

• You must include the names of friends or family traveling
• In case of traveling with children, they must mention their ages
• The dates you want to travel
• You must mention our promotion code SPSOCIOS 2020
• Your friends will receive the same 25% discount guaranteed on the best rate displayed on hotel websites and all other benefits of this promotion.

Rewards

For each referral that book this promotion with us through your recommendation you will receive 50 ECO Credits.

ECO CREDITS is a currency of the vacation club and in this case it may be redeemed against a percentage of the prices of activities that the hotel provides or any activity offered by our tour agencies in any of the hotel lobbies.

ECO CREDITS do not expire and may be accumulated and the balance thereof will be available in your partner account.

Terms:

• The minimum stay that your referral must reserve is 7 nights.
• If your referrals stay for a shorter time, ECO CREDITS will not be received, but your referrals will receive the benefit of the promotion.
• If your referrals reserve 2 rooms or more for a minimum of 4 nights each room, you will receive 50 ECO CREDITS for each room reserved.
• There is no reservation limit for referrals during the promotion period.

TO ACCESS THESE BENEFITS FOR BOTH MEMBERS AND THEIR REFERRALS:

RESERVATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED FROM MAY 13 2020 TO DECEMBER 23 2020 AND MAY TRAVEL FROM JULY 15 2020 UNTIL DECEMBER 23 2021. EXCEPT FOR CHRISTMAS WEEK AND NEW YEAR 2020.
